The plan excludes any additional annual services that may be required on low-mileage vehicles.

All scheduled maintenance work on your Jaecoo vehicle.
Maintenance repairs required due to mechanical or electrical breakdown, as well as normal wear and tear. The Administrator will determine what qualifies as normal wear and tear and reserves the right to repair or replace components using the most economical solution.
Manufacturer-approved engine oil, transmission oil, brake fluid, lubricants and genuine Jaecoo replacement parts required during scheduled servicing.
If Jaecoo changes its servicing specifications, service intervals or cambelt replacement intervals after your plan begins, resulting in higher servicing costs, the Administrator will only be responsible for the costs applicable at the time your plan was purchased.
What is not covered?
The following are not covered under your Jaecoo Extender Maintenance Plan:
If your vehicle already has an active Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan, services covered under that plan cannot be claimed under the Extender Maintenance Plan.
If your vehicle has an active Inclusive Jaecoo Warranty, repairs covered under that warranty cannot be claimed under the Extender Maintenance Plan.
Eligible Jaecoo Vehicles
To qualify for cover, your Jaecoo vehicle must:
Be a passenger vehicle, 4x4 or light commercial vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of up to 4,200 kg.
Be roadworthy.
Have a valid Jaecoo manufacturer warranty and be no older than 5 years.
Have a full service history in accordance with Jaecoo manufacturer specifications, with no missed or overdue services.

Effective Date of Cover
If your vehicle does not have an existing Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan:
Cover starts on the purchase date of your Jaecoo Extender Maintenance Plan.
If your vehicle already has an Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan:
Maintenance cover begins on the purchase date of your Jaecoo Plan and continues until the expiry date of your plan.
Service Plan and Warranty Cover begin once your Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan expires and continue until the expiry date of your Jaecoo Plan.
Your plan may begin earlier if your existing Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan expires before the expected date.
Important: If your existing Inclusive Jaecoo Service Plan ends early because the kilometre limit is reached before the expiry date, you are responsible for notifying the Administrator so your Jaecoo Plan can be adjusted to start immediately after the original plan ends.
Duration of Cover
Your Jaecoo Plan begins on the specified start date and remains valid for either:
The selected period (for example, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years), or
The selected kilometre limit,
whichever occurs first.
The start and end kilometre readings determine the number of scheduled services covered and will not exceed the selected cover period.
Please note: If you only service your vehicle annually, only the selected number of scheduled service intervals will be covered.
Plan Payment
Your Jaecoo Plan must be paid in advance, either:
In cash, or
Included in your vehicle finance agreement.
Cover only becomes active once payment has been received by the Administrator.
A 15-day grace period is allowed from the purchase date to complete payment if the initial payment is unsuccessful. If payment is not received within this period, your plan will be cancelled and no cover will apply.
Service Requirements
Your Jaecoo vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer's specifications.
The maximum allowable service overrun is as specified by the manufacturer.
All servicing must be completed by an Authorised Jaecoo Dealer.
Betterment
Where repairs require new or exchange components that exceed what is necessary to restore the vehicle to the manufacturer's specifications, you will be responsible for any additional costs. If you are unsure, consult the Administrator before authorising repairs.
Wear and Tear
Industry standards are used to determine fair wear and tear.
As a general guideline:
Brake pads are expected to last approximately 30,000 km.
Rear brake linings are expected to last approximately 45,000 km.
Brake linings will generally only be replaced once at least 75% wear has been reached.
Brake discs will only be replaced if they fall outside the manufacturer's specifications or exceed machining (skimming) tolerances.
Jaecoo Extender Warranty
The Jaecoo Extender Warranty Policy provides extended warranty protection for your Jaecoo vehicle for a period of 2 years. Please note that the Jaecoo Policy does not cover every eventuality, and it is the customer's responsibility to understand what cover is provided.
